You talk to the mentally retarded owl who tells you to give him some mice in exchange for a map. Do you:

Look for some mice (Page 8), Frisk the owl for the map (Page 19), Go left (Page 2) or Go right (Page 6)?

Page 19:

You approach the owl and give it a quick frisk. You are unable to find a map but do find a mysterious silver box tucked under his left wing. You:

Keep trying to find the map (page 77), Take the box and run (113)

Page 113:

You take the box (which is locked) and run, but in your haste, forgot which direction you took. Do you:

Go back to the owl for directions (Page 2), Look for a key (Page 55) or Smash the box on the ever-so-conveniently placed rock next to you (Page 114)?

Page 114:

You look over at the ever-so-conveniently-placed rock next to you, and decide to smash open the silver box. Unfortunately, it is made of seemingly impenetrable (is that a word?) metal and you must find some sort of smithy to help you get into it. You look around and see a sign which posts nearby towns. You look at the town with the closest distance, "Owl's Nest" Do you:

Look down the list for the second closest town (Page 3), Keep trying to smash the box open (Page 35), or Make your way toward "Owl's Nest" (Page 82)

Page 35:

Being a bit mad, you try the same thing again and expect a different result. While attempting to open the box, you spot a monkey grinning at you. Being slightly peeved, do you:

Throw the box at the monkey (Page 47) or Ask the monkey to help you open it [monkeys do, of course, speak the same language as you] (Page 33)?

You do both (of course). you throw the box at the monkey (page 47) whilst shouting" you open it then" (page 35) and watch as the monkey cracks the box open on the conveiniently placed rock, like he was cracking open a coconut! and inside you find a map! (easy )

give it to the monkey in hope he is a blind escapee from the local lab (page 24) or go back a few pages to the wise owl? (page 2)?

Page 24:

You pass the braille map to the monkey in hopes that he can translate for you. Foolishly, you forgot that monkeys have such a mischevious nature, and the monkey climbs the nearest tree and swings away with the map in his hand. You still have the broken silver box. You:

Chase the monkey (Page 74), Give the box a closer examination (Page 16), or Give up on the quest and try to find your way home (Page 91)

Page 74:

The monkey swings from tree to tree and you attempt to do so but fall to the ground at the third branch. As luck would have it, you land right next to a motorbike! Do you:

Hop on the bike and continue your chase (Page 10) or Refuse to mount the bike and walk as you don't have a license (Page 234787)

Page 131123:

You revv your engine and start speeding after the monkey. You can see that the monkey is starting to become fatigued, and you accelerate. The monkey suddenly collapses and falls to the forest floor. You:

Snatch the map and hop back on the motorcycle (Page 89), Perform CPR (Page 5), or Sit beside the wheezing monkey while you attempt to read the braille (Page 138)

Page 89:

You hop back on the motorcycle, put the map in a safe place and start moving ahead, but you have a guilty conscience. You feel bad for leaving the monkey there. Do you:

Go back and help out the poor monkey that is dieing (Page 52461), stop and try to attempt to read the map (Page 962) or keep on trucking and worry about the map once you reach a safe place(Page 2387)

Page 962:

You slam on the brakes and take the braille map out of your pocket. You attempt to read it, but since it's only just a bunch of raised dots on the page, you get frustrated quickly! You:

Rip it in half and hop back on the motorcycle (Page 51), Put it back in your pocket to attempt later when you're less frustrated (Page 321), or Blink back your tears of rage and keep feeling away, hoping to find some sort of clue (Page 382)

Page 382:

You keep on feeling away (the map of course!) and you notice that the raised dots are in fact a path! Having located the sun, you line up the map and attempt to follow the path. It leads straight to a swamp, with a rickety old boat moored at the bank. Do you:

Mount the boat and hope it will get you across in one piece (Page 73), Dive in and take your chances swimming across (Page 82) or Walk around the edge of the swamp, hoping it's a small one (Page 40)?

Page 73:

You mount (the boat of course!) with your map in hand. You take another quick look at which direction you should go in the boat...and the map points straight into the eerie green mist at the opposite end of the swamp. You look around for a paddle and realize that there is nothing to be seen. You go to get back out of the boat to look for a stick, and the side of the boat gives way, spilling you into the muddy swamp. You:

Stand up and continue searching for a stick to use as a paddle (Page 281), Sit in the mud and cry because your designer jeans have been ruined (Page 189), or Say "eff it" and swim across the swamp (Page 6)

Page 189:

You start crying and remember Alice in Wonderland and hope that your tears will turn into a sea and wash your jeans clean. After realising this won't happen, you roll your jeans up (you won't be taking them off because this is a family adventure) and wade through the murky swamp. After swimming a few minutes, you notice a sea monster in the middle of the swamp. Do you:

Dive down and swim around it, hoping it doesn't see you (Page 27) or Swim towards it believing your bedraggled appearance will scare anything off (Page 37)?

As soon as you see that there is a sea monster in the middle of the swamp, you adopt your very best breaststroke (the swim, sicko!) and make your way over there. You look so bedraggled that you're sure that the monster will be scared away. You get closer and closer, and then she sinks out of sight! You look frantically into the depths below you, seeing only a frightening shadow. You figure you've got the situation in the bag, and coninue swimming towards that green mist. It starts to rain. You:

Look for cover (Page 19), Don't care because you're already soaking wet, and keep swimming (Page 93)

Page 93..

You are like what the heck, no point of stopping now..Already being soaked, you continue on swimming on.. Your arms get tired, so you turn onto your back and start floating. While you are floating you hear a load, sound close by. Do you:

Go find out where they sound came from and what it is (being the investigator that you are) (Page 567), start swimming as fast as you can to the other side to get out of there (Page 412) or continue floating on your back hoping you will reach the other side of the swamp (Page 792).

Page 412:

You swim across, not caring about the rain and you get to the other side of the swap. you see the green mist was nothing but green dry ice for a movie production 5 miles away from "Owl's Nest". Do you:

stay in the mist and wait a minute for the cast members to come (page 841) or go to "Owl's Nest" (page 82)
