Despite being a pretty keen sports fan (mostly cricket and Aussie Rules Footy), I'm pretty unco and not very naturally athletic :P. Fitness wasn't as much of a problem when it came to sprints- but lol, endurance/cross country, as well as most ball sports tended to expose my many weaknesses :S. At school though, I played Volleyball and Netball- but since then I've tried to still include some regular/organised exercise by joining the gym/attending 3/4 times a week, generally very early in the morning. I used to bike and swim a little more- but now I only do those occasionally. Walks/jogs/runs are fun too :)

I don't really exercise that much any more. I used to be really active doing all sorts of sports, but now the most exercise I get is walking. I'm too skinny right now though, so I should just stop moving at all and eat loads more so I get fatter. :P

I've been exercising for the past 4 months. It's a tough thing to keep up, but i'm much better at it now.

Hmm, yes, I find just keeping exercise regular is the most difficult thing about it.

"inside" - you have both your feet in between the elastics, then jump to "outside" where both of your feet are on the outside of each elastic, and then the "puppy dog's tails"/"on the rails" is where you had to jump and land with one foot on each elastic (on each rail?).

As for exercise, I don't do anything really structured, but tend to get a fair bit of physical activity just playing with the kids - backyard cricket, backyard soccer, backyard football, frisbee, beach games etc along with all the walking around to and from after school activities and helping out the team coaches during soccer and netball season and so on.

Oh, and I play netball once a week myself...and now that Uni is over, I was thinking about doing a bit of swimming after dropping the kids at school.....and have started jogging again. Gave it up after doing the Point to Pinnacle "fun run" as I had trained hard all year to complete that, and once I did it, I was sort of over running....but I started to get interested in it again a few weeks ago so put on the old running shoes again. There's something soothing about the rhythmic 'slap' 'slap' 'slap' of your feet hitting the ground....idk...for me, anyway.
