Email not working

Can someone tell me how to get in touch with someone at iSketch? I tried emailing using the Feedback button, but it's undeliverable. I've double-checked for accuracy, but still no luck.

Do you get a specific message when it bounces bacK or does it just say undeliverable, period? Usually the "undeliverable" message states some kind of reason, i.e. mailbox quota exceeded or email address doesn't exist or something of the sort. Do check for that, might give you a better idea what to do. If it says mailbox unavailable or quota exceeded, maybe it's just full. If it says user nonexistent, then there's something wrong with the email address (info@isketch.net).

Also, keep in mind that mailboxes sometimes do not accept certain kinds of attachments given the whole email security thing and stuff, as virii can be made to look as if they're word documents and such. I cannot say whether this is the case with isketch feedback or not, i don't know.

Whatever the case, if the address is correct and nothing's the matter, it's probably just some odd issue with the mailbox, most likely temporary. But that's just the isketch end.

Your email application might also be giving you trouble, if you're using one (outlook, eudora, thunderbird). Check your settings i suppose. If you're using a web based service (hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc) then it's not likely on your end.

Best advise given the description of your problem is to try them again later.

It tells me that "local delivery failed", which stumped me. I don't know that I've ever seen that error message before.

wow local delivery, never heard that before. must be a DNS problem, probably just temporary. Let me try to contact them as well. Keep trying tho.
