Hello everyone,

I'm a french player (citronfraise in the game), i really love this game but i get very sad when i saw all the problems in the game now... Since shockwave player's update letters became ugly, gamespeed has decrease, contact list has disappear like all the settings and saved sketches... but worse... some of the words are now impossible to draw or answer because of ugly squares instead of accented chars...

I really hope creators will solve this problem soon. I miss iSketch

Je m'apelle citronfraise dans le jeu, j'aime bcp iSketch mais ça m'a désespéré quand j'ai vu les dégats de la mise à jours du player shockwave... Depuis les lettres sont devenues moches, la fluidité du jeu à diminué, la liste des contacts à disparue ainsi que toute les info personnelle et les dessins sauvegardés... mais le pire est que certains mots sont maintenant impossible à trouver à cause de ces satanés carrés qui remplacent les caractères accentués

J'éspère vraiment que les créateurs du jeu vont régler ce problème rapidement... J'ai tellement envie de jouer que je crois que je vais créer un clone d'iSketch

Yes, I'm having the same problem, I mostly play in Spanish rooms. Most of the words have these squares or just a random mix of letters. I hope they fix this soon, because it gets boring to see skip, after skip, after skip. Or even worse, some people don't skip this word and there's no way to get t hem right...

I know that iSketch is playing up at the moment due to the new Shockwave update. Every iSketch player has been affected and it is very annoying to find these problems.

As for these letters that appear to be squares, we have to ignore them for now and skip these words, as they cannot be typed into the game box. I am confident that Shockwave will solve these problems but for now we have to put up with it.

Something that may help is to make a User Created room by clicking on the Create Room button. Here you can choose the number of words that can be guessed. This should help minimise the number of "unguessable" words.

Also you may want to look at this thread. It may help with other problems such as statistics and voting privileges if you play regularly on iSketch.

All I can say is keep up your hopes, I'm sure it will be sorted as quickly as it started :)

I haven't played in French or Icelandic for a while..but having to automatically skip all the accented words must be so frustrating :s. Hopefully it's sorted out soon....

LOL yes a friend of mine said the same about making his own version or iSketch, as a joke of course.

I think everything is a lot better now, at least in Spanish. But most people keep complaining they're lagging a lot.

Je rigole J'adore la langue français.

En fait, je pense que la solution proposé par db1986 est une bonne solution. Dans une user-created room on peut choisir d'avoir un choix de deux ou trois mots mais on a besoin de dessiner juste un. Ainsi, la probabilité qu'il y a un mot sans accent dans le choix est plus haut; comme ça, on peut dessiner avec moins de 'skips', je pense.

C'est le même en finnois. Nous n'avons pas les accents.

Malheureusement, il ny'a personne qui dessine dans la chambre finnois (autant?) que moi et mon fils.

J'aime aussi la français, pardonnez-moi mes erreurs! Il y a longtemps que j'ai ecrit pas en français.
