there's this website called mobile17.com and you can upload song from your computer and have them sent to your cell phone via a picture message you also get to choose what part of the song you want to have in it, generally you want to stick with around 30 seconds or less that way the file isnt too large to have for a ring tone, but i just thought id share that with you

I have a Motorola V6 Maxx which allows you to do exactly the same thing only you edit the song inside their software on your computer and then sed it to the phone via bluetooth. Either that or I just use the onboard MP3 player and select a full song as a ringtone.
