Maybe try a different browser Broker, that sometimes solves my Isketch connection issues.

browsers: Use chrome, if not, firefox, but stay away from IE

applications: Test it without any video streaming or downloads

Wireless router: Plug the ethernet cable straight into your computer

adobe shockwave: see if you're updated to the latest version

mac user: blame Steve Jobs
