Do you have one of your photos somewhere on the internet already? If so, find the link to it (right click on it and go to properties, it's in there).

If not, make sure it's in a format like .jpg, .png, or .gif (I wouldn't use Microsoft paint for it 'cos we want to see you in a full quality picture). Then you can upload it to a place like http://www.tinypic.com. Once it's done uploading, it even provides the link together with the image tags needed for the forum, so look for the one that says something like:

[IMG.] http://www.tinypic.com/123456.jpg/[/IMG]

and just put that in your post
