Favourite Genres: Folk-rock (yes, hippy 1960s stuff), Opera, Classic Rock

Least Favourite Genres: Rap and Death Metal

Song(s) to Describe Your Life: Recently in my life, since becoming a mother on my own, I have really identified with Terri Clark's "She Didn't Have Time" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZPJkWfdQjM. In my youth (haha, where did my youth go?), "Vienna Waits For You" by Billy Joel

Cheers, all! Hoping to strike a mood lightener. Feel free to add another category to it.

Favourite Song: One of my favourites is from an animation. I don’t listen to it everyday but it’s definitely one of my faves. It makes me tear up. lol
Pocahontas – Colours of the Wind

Least Favourite Song: This song just bores me to death. Meaningless lyrics, noisy music, strange video, and eyeliner on guys who then try to kill each other. (I know you’ll still love me, Kyle)
From Yesterday – 30 Seconds To Mars

Favourite Genres: pop, soft rock, country

Least Favourite Genres: metal, hard rock, blues, jazz

Favourite Artist/Band: In general, Maroon 5

Song for Sadness: I don’t usually listen to anything when I’m sad, but this is my favourite sad song; it’s just heart-breaking:
Luka – Suzanne Vega

Song for Pump-Up: Like the video, and the lyrics and the beat
Not Gonna Get Us – t.A.T.u

Song for Love: Once I listened to nothing but this for a week
Things I’ll Never Say – Avril Lavigne

Song for Partying: Love Nelly!
Man Eater – Nelly Furtado

Song for Guilty Pleasures: Oh, man.
Boom boom boom boom - Vengaboys

Song(s) to Describe Your Life: Between these two songs – about looking for something and looking for nothing – my life is covered Definitely empathise more with the first one though.
(There’s Gotta Be) More To Life – Stacie Orrico & So Simple – Stacie Orrico

Oh, I thought of few other categories to add:

Favourite non-English song: No idea what it means, but I like it, lol
To Nem Ai – Luka

Favourite instrumental: Don’t care much for the original song, but this piano solo cover makes my heart melt. He’s so damn good.
Buy You A Drink (T-Pain) cover by David Sides

Edit:

I like Jas's choice of Song To Describe Your Life!

And go Gavin Degraw!
