How comes Amber and Bramble are so close? Isn't there a relationship like that between Amber and Fudge? Amber is Fudge-ist :P

I forgot to mention before too, that I really like that picture of Amber and Bramble, "chillin'" in the same sort of position as each other :D Perfect camera moment!

And I'm loving Fudge trying to balance herself around the bowl.. heh. Towards the end when she was looking into the bowl made me laugh. "There's a face.. *gasp* Oh, it's just my reflection! *goes to have a closer look*"

Amber and Bramble get on quite well, Bram just doesn't run away. Fudge is nervous about everything, the best time to catch her at ease is when she's snoozing. Just a few strokes down her back and she goes all limp and purry. The rest of the time she's all "Whoa!" and runs off. We think she'll calm down as she gets older :)

PS Sorry for the "HA HA HA!" barking laugh when Fugde fell in the water ... was just me :S

Awww, how quickly they grow up - now they have proper little faces and everything compared to the flat featureless faces they had before :)

Two months on, they are more or less grown up. Next week come the microchipping and spaying (shame) and they'll finally be allowed out at the end of July once their stitches and healing have completed.

Fudge has a tail that can touch her face, it curls right over her back and can hit her head.

Bramble is very chilled, but can howl at night loud enough to wake you. She's a bit needy in the attention department, but her purr makes up for it.

Can you ask for better kittens than these? General anaethetic, being cut open, fiddled with, stitched back up and having to deal with a shaved patch for weeks. They never complain .... poor things.





I had a lump in my throat leaving them at the vets yesterday morning. I actually do have feelings sometimes :(

They've been spayed, so they can't get pregnant. Imagine if they both had babies - average of 6 each we'd have 14 cats in total :O

Bringing a thread back from the dead!

Nearly a year of freedom in the garden and Bramble has mastered the art of camouflage.

Excuse the long grass, I'm lazy and couldn't be bothered to cut it. :P



And eyeing up a bird in a nearby tree, Bramble gets evil thoughts of hunting ... meow!



Fudge doesn't stay still long enough for pictures, sadly ...
