This can be cool and tricky!
We all love Word Association game and since we also love the A-Z games, how about we have an alphabetical one?!
So, your next associated word has to start with the next letter from the alphabet.
Like this:

Yes, but unfortunately 'under control' is two words. And 'under control' isn't the opposite of 'tension,' as you said. It's just what there isn't.
