So; I get onto the isketch page and click 'Logon', but instead of logging on it crashes. And no; I dont want to send another error report, Mr Internet Explorer.
It first happened when i changed my profile picture to one of Ron Burgandy, so its possible that thats the cause; but I cant get on there to do anything about it.
Any suggestions?

Hm...I'm with you on the profile picture thing because sometimes when people are viewing (other people's) profile pictures it causes their internet to die, so....
If it IS the case:
Try uninstalling and then reinstalling shockwave. This will clear your stats and make you a noob...butttt it also clears your profile (as far as I know...)! So it would get rid of your icon.

Also, logging in with another browser (e.g. Firefox) and clearing your icon URL seems to solve the problem sometimes. Then you should be able to play again using IE.

Well I disabled shockwave on internet tools and re-enabled it after a restart and it was fine. It didnt even wipe my stats - somehow it just let me on and I got rid of that photo.
Thanks guys - iSketch addiction now officically resumed.

This same thing is happening to me. This is what happens when one allows one's children to play on their computer. Forgive my ignorance, but how do I disable shockwave and then re-enable?
:embarrassed:
p.s. I don't have a Ron Burgundy avatar.
Well, nevermind. I figured out how to disable, and it didn't work. I'm still blowing up the internet every time I click "logon" .. and nothing has changed that I know of, so I don't know why this is happening.
Wahh.

Try any/all of the following tips:
1. If you have more than one user account on your computer then check to see if iSketch works on someone else's account.
2. If you are using IE then try using Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/)
3. Reset your computer
4. Uninstall shockwave by going to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program and click on Adobe Shockwave and reinstall from the site (though you said you have tried this)
Does the iSketch page load 100% too or does it not sign in when entering your Screen name of main page?

They say learn from your mistakes, but I just cant seem to: Another Ron Burgandy avatar, another log-in problem. I swear the man is out to get me.
I share your pain, JennyWren, because this time its worse. The trick of Disabling Shockwave Add-ons that worked so well before has failed; so I'm locked out for good, it would seem. Ill work on uninstalling the entire shockwave program, like you said spectre, but I'm sceptical.
