Hi, I have just recently started playing iSketch and i am addicted.

I have been playing it a lot and my brother saw me on it and started playing it himself.

The only problem is, he is an immature little bastard and drew a penis on one of the games and now our IP is banned and i am really pissed off at him for starters but now i can't play the game and i really want to get back on...

My username that i always use is Thomas and my IP is 121.222.156.201

My brothers username that he uses is Matthew.

I have sorted my brother out and i'm pretty sure he won't do it again, but i was wondering if you give second chances as now i can't play and it is all his fault.

Secondly we cannot help you here on the forum. You will NEED to follow the steps listed in the above link.

And lastly, so many people claim "my brother/sister got me banned from iSketch" it gets hard to tell who is legitimate and who is not. Additionally you are responsible for making sure others around you don't break the rules resulting in you getting banned too. Especially when using a shared computer or shared Internet access.

And one last thing, did the message say banned or blocked?

Yes sorry, i realise that when it meant feedback it meant send it to the email rather than post a topic here on the forum so i have gone ahead and done that.

Yes i understand that other people would use such an excuse.

and my brother knew the rules.. he is just young and got frustrated and then did something stupid because that's just what happens when young people do stupid things.

also it doesn't matter that he was on his own username at the time? I have started about 24 hours ago now probably 6 hours of that i have actually been playing the game.

I haven't done anything wrong on my username "Thomas", i have even filled out all my settings because i wanted to have it there for when i play the next time. The only offence that i did was write a letter once and just got voteskipped but i was a newbie and that happens, but i know the rules now.

my brother was on a different username "Matthew" at the time, is there not any possible way to see that?

this situation is so complicated... i wish it was a lot easier to handle. i just want to play again... and now i can't :(

EDIT: Oh also when i try log into the game it pops up with a message box and it says "Connection refused! You are banned from the game."

As your message box specifically mentions the word "banned", then you have been permanently banned from iSketch. Regardless of your different username and settings compared to your brother's, because you share an Internet connection you will both have been banned.

The only thing you can do is to e-mail Feedback, but as you have already done that, all I can say is good luck :)

Hey, So i was real eager to play as i had nightmares the night before as i was afraid i would never be able to go on it again from my own house and i tried logging in.. and i successfully logged in today without any message box popping up.

Maybe it wasn't a permanent ban? I do have a screenshot and the message box said specifically what i said in the earlier post. it did not say "blocked" it said "banned".

Oh well i'm glad that i can now play again happily, thanks for your support. my brother won't be playing it again,
