Ok, Question....Is this Stella stuff any good?

No offense to our Netherlandian friends, but no. Try moosehead. Canadanian beer is stronger. German beer is tastier.

Forgive me if I am wrong, but isn't Stella Artois a Belgian Brew?

I do agree, Moosehead is much better - but Stella is still a beer and even a very ordinary beer is better than no beer at all. I will drink it, but only if there's nothing better available. The Germans usually make a good beer - but they too have some foul tasting concoctions.

This next paragraph may be perceived as a sexist, male chauvinistic point of view. It isn't intended to be - but someone may get that perception. If you go and research it you will find that it's based on perceptions. So don't try and bash me up about it.

STELLA ON TAP rather than in bottles isn't too bad. It's the kind of beer that has been target-marketed at women by the advertising agencies. Well not specifically only women, but it falls within that girly style that suits the palettes of women who choose to drink beer . If you are the kind of guy (but more likely the kind of girl) who likes to shove a bloody great chunk of lime or lemon down the neck of your beer bottle to drink it, like that filthy muck Corona, then this beer is for you. No offence intended Sketchy and before anyone tries to misinterpret thhis paragraph, I wan't calling you a girl just because you drink Stella (or for any other reason). Hmm that seems to be a somewhat paranoid, justify your every word paragraph - but it can stay there now.

2.0 - Glad you never mentioned American beer because it's just like having sex in a canoe. It's f♥♥king close to water.

When's the next album edition coming out jewels? I can work up that other idea I told you about on MSN to address the graininess concerns for you if you like.

I think Stella is marketed differently and has a different image in different countries...

Served like that it could be aimed at the female market but in the UK it's not really viewed as a "girly style" at all. It's 5.2%ABV so at the strong end of the "standard" lagers and has quite a distinctive taste (again, for a "standard lager")

Anyway, it's just what i happened to be drinking in that picture!
