When i go to the main isketch page none of the rooms come up. Im pretty sure that i have shockwave. Can someone help please???:sad:

When you say that the roomlist doesn't come up, brunette24, have you tried waiting a few seconds? If the server is very busy, the site can be very slow. Try counting to twenty - if it hasn't loaded by then it's not going to.

You can run a test to see if your Shockwave is running properly on the Adobe site - click to go to test (http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/). If there is a later version of Shockwave than the one you have installed, the test result should prompt you to download it.

If your Shockwave is installed correctly, then clearly that's not the reason why you can't access iSketch. The first thing to do is clear your cache. Do that, then close the browser down without trying to go back to iSketch first. Open the browser again and try iSketch; if it still doesn't work, clear the cache again, close the browser, and reboot your computer.

If iSketch still doesn't work, keep trying (clearing your cache now and then); the problem probably lies with your ISP or a router along the way in which case only time or your ISP can fix it.

And once you've checked your Shockwave, cleared your cache, and discovered from your friends that iSketch is working for them, write to feedback (info@isketch.net) to make sure you haven't been banned.
