Hi everyone! I'm very worried because I haven't been able to log into iSketch in all day and I don't have a clue on how to fix it! I load the iSketch page perfectly, but then when I click Logon, I get this message: "Connection problem. Check your network settings or please try again later".

I did check my settings but everything is just as it has always been... it's the first time I have this problem and I checked with other friends and they've been playing today...

1) The server is full so all you can do is keep trying.

haha, alright.... i think it depends on which browser youre using..? IE works for me - Firefox doesnt...

Could be char, I use IE.

They did reboot the server last night and it was down for awhile then... dunno if that could still be affecting it now.. but if it's working for some users and not others then maybe not :S

Ive never seen the server full or had any problems getting in. Usually I find it's a problem with your own internet connection, or a problem with the general isketch server.

It's been 48 hours now and I can't get in, even at times I'm sure the server can't be full :(

I tried from college and I could log in, so now I know it's something on my computer, but not idea what, because I didn't change anything... Please, please, help me, iSketch is the only game I play :-S

I am not sure what the issue is, but maybe you can try reinstalling the shockwave player, or try another browser.. iSketch crashes for me in IE and Firefox, but works fine in Chrome.

Are you using IE as your browser?
Do you have the full version of shockwave?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling shockwave?
Have you recently updated your Anti-Virus and could it be restricted from there?
Have you tried clearing all your cookies?
Optimizing your hard drive.....um........
Have you used the appropriate swear words?
Have you kicked a small furry object around in frustration?
Have you offered your throat to the wolf with the red roses?
Other than that........I am out of ideas.....

I was getting the "connection problems" message yesterday--I use firefox. Haven't had a chance to try today though, they block iSketch on these school computers. Pity, I actually have to teach instead of playing iSketch...cruel world. :P

Anyway, good luck..sometimes my connection just goes crazy for a few days and then sorts itself out. Hope you can get on iSketch soon.

I had problems with fireworks today. Everytime the fireworks came on, Shockwave said it had encountered a problem and couldn't continue. Slightly annoyed at having to leave and rejoin the server but that was only temporary until I turned off the fireworks :)

Yeah it comes up with the winner's name a little larger than normal but it doesn't rotate. Then you get a message box saying that Shockwave can't continue. Just turn the fireworks off.
Although, I have just logged on now and it came up with a Shockwave update. Let's see if that sorts it out.

Edit: So far so good, and I still have my privs :)
Edit2: The fireworks work but the name is misaligned. Oh well nothing's perfect, at least it works now :)

Ya it made me download latest shockwave (11.5 I think?) when I tried to log on tonight.
Hmm only other thing I've noticed is the profile pics don't seem to be showing up..

Yeah it's version 11.5 and yes, profile pics aren't showing. I'll try uploading another :)
