When I try to log in and play I get this message: "You are already logged on the game. Both logins have been disconnected"
so now i can't play isketch because of this problem...can any one help me ???

Just for your knowledge I wanted to inform you that we are not officially directed to Isketch so we can not deal with any problems directed through the server but your problem sounds like something through your IE. If it turns out none of the trouble shooting we can provide for you works than please feel free to email isketch for help at info@isketch.net

The first thing I would like you to do if the problem continues is to make sure you do not have another user currently logged on to your computer on isketch.

The second thing if this seems to still be continuing is to reset the computer.

This trouble shooting I have given you is just off the top of my head as I do not know your current issue, though one of the fellow members might so stay tuned for their imput.

I would recommend that if you are still having the issue that you should email feedback as they are probably aware as of a quick fix. Good luck and welcome to the forum. -arrisdaroldi

Are you playing over a network where someone else could be connected to and playing iSketch? My understanding was that you could technically log on more than once over the same connection anyway and iSketch just barred you from entering the same public room. Although I just tried it and my shockwave crashes as soon as I log a second player in so perhaps things have changed.

General troubleshooting you could try is uninstalling and reinstalling shockwave, clearing your cache and changing browsers. Then again, this doesn't sound like a normal problem!

EDIT: Logging in twice on the same computer works in safari

Usually this message appears when the iSketch server detects two connections by the same person. I'm guessing that it's a mechanism against cheating, because I'm not sure why else people might want to log on twice. If you use a different computer I think it would allow both to play.

That said, if the message says that both logins have been disconnected, then normally it would redirect you to the log in screen and it would also let you log on again freely.

If you can't log on at all after this message has appeared, then it's a more advanced problem and I reckon then you would have to contact Feedback as the others have already mentioned.
