:eek:I got this message about a month ago and is very confused as i am sure no one in my household or me in fact has done anything wrong!

I have sent many messages to Isketch helpdesk with replies saying it was a mistake, they all had attached to it a link that was suppose to solve my problem. None of them did ever work, my replies have all said the last link had an error on it.

I really hope this problem doesn't last any longer as tbh i am really missing Isketch even though my chances are very slim, i hope i can get on sometime soon please :sad:

Hi Holly and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately this is an issue that can only be solved via feedback, which you are already trying to do so good luck and I hope it gets fixed. Just so you know, iSketchforum is fan run forum and is in no way affliated with iSketch.

Medea. is absolutely right. As a user fan forum, no-one here can directly help you with the problem you are having. We do have the occasional iSketch Admin roam the forum, but here they cannot do anything, the only way is via Feedback.

A couple of possible reasons for the issue.

1. Maybe someone else has used your computer and got your computer banned.
2. A lot of people now have a dynamic IP address. Your computer may have been unlucky enough to have been assigned one of these IPs that has been banned by iSketch.

Thanks for the replies, i am still trying to overcome this problem with not much success ;l i have since had yet another failed respond which can go with the other 10.

No one had been on isketch and had a ban so i can rule that one out.

Hope i can get on sometime soon
