I rang up the National Swine flu helpline today. All I got was crackling.

I read it out to my sister expecting a "Wow, that was a really crap joke" instead I got a "What? Why would you even do that, I don't think those numbers are likely to work anyway" Seriously... my sister thought I actually phoned a swine flu helpline??!! :eek:

Regardless of what I know about influenza and infectious diseases I'm still not fussed over it. As far as I can remember I've never had a flu or chicken pox. Kinda hoping it stays that way now.

Especially considering there is a greater chance of Chickenpox being a killer in adult life!

In most south american countries they've taken measures at airports to prevent people with pig flu coming into the country and stuff.

Yesterday i witnessed it as i came back into the country through the airport.
