So when I draw something, say a line, it shows up fine. Once I let go of of the left mouse button the drawing box shifts down and to the right and gets a little blurry, like its streaming.
My profile picture is what happens to the drawing box when I repeatedly click in one spot. It makes a shooting star like streamer. It is quite difficult to draw things because the picture I am drawing gets more blurrier after each stroke. In addition the whole thing shifts down and to the right.

Most likely cause is having your zoom settings at anything other than 100%, so if you have your browser zoomed in or out, change back to 100% for iSketch. If you're unsure of this, it's usually located somewhere in the "view" menu.
Alternatively, you could download and use the browser Opera (http://www.opera.com/), which is the only one I've found to work at non-100% zoom settings (last I checked; Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome had the problem you're describing, but latest versions might have solved it - and conversely, the most recent version of Opera (10.50) may have introduced the problem edit: turns out it has, Opera 10.50 can't handle zoom with iSketch).
Also, if you're zoomed in on the browser to be able to read the text more easily, you may like to click "settings", go to "appearance" and enable the "big text" option, which will make some text slightly larger....
And finally, if you really want to have a bigger drawing canvas using your current browser you could reduce your screen resolution from your computer's control panel, but you'd lose quality...
