Hello,
I'm currently having a problem with Firefox and Shockwave. I have tried uninstalling both, then reinstalling both but no luck. Nothing which depends on Shockwave will load in Firefox, but will load in Internet Explorer 7. Shockwave works perfectly in Firefox on my mac (yes, I got my new mac!), but not this computer; I am currently using Windows Vista Ultimate.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

A few folk here will probably try to help you out, but info@isketch.net is your official contact for that kind of thing. Sometimes browsers just clash... try another such as IE (even though it's pants) or the nice new Google Chrome.

I already sent an email yesterday, it's just the fact that I have to use IE every time I want to use iSketch or another Shockwave dependant website. Thanks for the advice
What version of firefox are you using and what version of shockwave are you trying to install?

Shockwave 11 has many faults (read Adobe forums) but Shockwave 10 or older versions should work, PM if you would it as I have it and I can upload it for you so you can download it.

The latest version of Firefox (Version 3.2 I think?) and the latest version of Shockwave (version 11 I think?).
I am positive Shockwave V 11 works, because it works perfectly on the mac system with Firefox, and perfectly on my older system which had Firefox and Shockwave 11. Also, I'm not even sure it is Shockwave's fault, because version 11 is working with iSketch, just not in Firefox.
I'll try installing Version 10 as stated above and get back to you all.
The latest version of Firefox is a right moose. It seems to ruin a few popular add-ons and things you need to install like shockwave and media player to use online. How did the version 10 install go? I'm betting version 10 shockwave on the latest Firfox would be a better combo.

Unfortunately, it seems that Version 10 of Shockwave Player does not work either. I keep thinking it is something to do with the new User Account Control permissions in Vista; maybe Vista is stopping Firefox from using software installed on my computer. If this is the case, then I have no idea on how to allow Shockwave to use Firefox.

If you use the same Firefox ver. on all 3 computers, then it's probably the computer it wont work on.
