Jewels- it's actually year 10s taking mocks this week (unless it's different where you are?)
Year 11s took their mocks in November, and have their real exams in.. I think it's May.

Must be different here, year 11 took their pre mocks in November, now taking their mocks, year 10's just sit normal school exams, unless they are sitting early gcse's.

who at 3.02 pm today went into Labour and had 8 pups:razz:

Thank you jewels babe, i am thrilled with my pupps.
They are all either black with white bellies or white with black spots, very cute.
The mother is doing fine eating well and really looking after the litter.
I will let her settle in with her babies, then get some pictures so i can post them for you to coo over.
She has eaten a whole cooked chicken tonight plus 3 tins of dog food, lol hungry work.
She had 9 pups in total, but one did die, its common in big litters im afraid.
Yes i did cry because the pup lived for a good few hours before it died, mr cherry tried to revive her but he had no luck.
She is now buried in our garden in a show box with a teddy bear inside with her, and a old collar of her mums.
Anyway enough sadness its a happy time, im in love with every single pup.:razz:

Good Luck to my Professional Standards Manager. his wife and kids. They have twin 3yo boys, one of whom has been sick, on and off, from the day he was born. Last Thursday the other boy was admitted to hospital with a lump in his chest - initial diagnosis - cancerous tumour on the lung- tests continue at the Children's Hospital Westmead - purported to be the best kids hospital in the southern hemisphere (if not the world).

The stress of this, compounded with the job responsibilities that he has (some of you know what I do and even though my job is high pressure - his is 10 times that) saw him admitted to hospital, whilst attending to be with his family, after suffering an anxiety attack.

Oh and good luck to my BB who is taking up the Professional Standards Manager ball and running with it - just hope he realises he can flick-pass it out to me on the wing.

Oh BM, is the edit true? It's pneumonia? Thank God it's not cancer. Pneumonia is pretty bad, but he's in the right place. A little rest will do your manager some good.

Yes Vik the edit is true - we found out this afternoon. The boss will be off for a couple of weeks - they'll do another scan in 10 days to confirm their thoughts, but everyone has been allowed home from hospital.

Ok i wanted to tell you guys this ages ago, but i couldent due to, contracts ect.
My nephew ian morris has landed himself a part in the bbc soap EASTENDERS, YAYYYY.
He will play the part of a bully who picks on burts grandson.
Bert is mo harris,s x boyfriend remember him lol, the old looking bloke from up north.
Anyway look out for my little ian, he,s very good he is also a singer, like is father also is, and may be bringing a song out asap who knows.
The date he first walks in to albert square is monday the 16th july.
Im so proud of him. he has followed the family in to acting lol, he will go far, hes only 14 and already in a top soap.

I'm just glad those days are behind me, my teachers were rubbish and they were always forcing me to work harder and spend more time studying, blah, blah, blah. Maybe they should have taught better and been enthusiastic in classes! That might have prevented my history teacher's 'She needs a kick up the backside' comment on parent's evening, it got me into so much trouble :embarrassed:
