Im a little pissed. I was playing the game, I was winning. So i decided to end the draw. I did it twice, and then they booted me for 'being an asshole j*w,' etc. Anyone wanna explain to me whats wrong with ending a draw?

Nothing. You were in a room with vote abusers it seems

I just think it's courteous not to end the draw, unless if people are on away and/or aren't guessing.
But, no, you shouldn't have got booted.
There is nothing wrong with ending a draw apart from some users seeing it as rude if they don't get a chance to guess. However I can say with a lot of certainty, it wasn't an Admin who booted you if the reason was "being an <removed>" seeing as Admins act in a more professional manner then that. So this leaves it to one of 2 possibilities, 1) you was in a public room, someone took a disliking to you and got a couple friends to vote you out of the room or 2) you was in a user created room and a room op used /kick to boot you from the room with a reason the room op could type.
Either way, we can't exactly answer why anyone would do either, however if it was the second case, being /kick'ed from a user created room, then the room op doesn't even need a valid reason to kick you. He/she can kick you for anything he/she wants.

The done button is there because it is allowed to be used.
No matter how much you agree/disagree with it, it is part of the game and it seems like people can't accept the current rules.
Don't worry about it, it's over with now and try to enjoy the game

Good advice

Levesque, if you were in Tandem or another room where there are 2 artists and you ended the draw without telling the other artist, that is probably why you got booted. If you did want to skip the word, you have to tell the other artist first... otherwise they are stuck drawing by themselves... which isn't fun.

I wasn't in the Tandem Room.

They shouldn't have booted you, and certainly not been abusive, but it might be because you did as you say, clicked done so that you won. Whilst it may not be against the rules it's not exactly good sportsmanship to deny other players their chance to guess, depriving them of points, purely because you then win. Look at it this way; when those players were drawing they probably didn't click done to deny you points, so perhaps they felt it unfair. However, a polite request that you don't keep doing it would have been more appropriate.
To my mind, the done button should be used to expediate a game when players are on away and so on, not to skew the game in any one player's favour.
I'm all for strategic use of the done button .
Its there so its fair. And it can give the edge in a close game.
But I'll be the first to /slap done if its done to me before I can get my guess in. lol

Speaking of good sportsmanship; remember when I skipped drawing at round 10 so that we had an equal chance of winning, but then you didn't return the favour in the next game???:razz:

In my defence .. A) I probably didn't notice what had happened at the time, and B) as you frequently beat me without any flippin' help I would like to say

Eep, I still feel like I did something wrong seeing the 'Banned' up theres
but then you didn't return the favour in the next game???
Recently, a similar thing happened to me - can't remember who it was though, I was tied at first with this person, and I was selected to draw. I skipped to make it fair and said as much to them, and they thanked me.
Then, the next person who was drawing timed out.....and this person was selected to draw Round 10.... and they drew.............
*sighs* That's like warning a player for writing letters, and then guessing the word anyway...

=\
Who hasn't gotten booted for no reason? I'm used to it and if you're gonna play iSketch you gotta get used to it too.
Once, recently, all I did was enter a room, with people I'd never seen before in my life, and was not only kicked but one of them followed me to another room, changed her name SIX times, booting me SIX times. =)

People change their name !
I would have voted to kick you out too, if you'd done it twice. I can't stand it when people do that. Don't care if it's allowed. The 'done' button isn't to deny people points so you can win, it's for when people aren't on 'away' or have indicated they gave up on guessing.

Using the Done button tactically is annoying to say the least but as the option is there, they shouldn't have booted you.

I do that , no point punishing yourself by not guessing for someone else's cheat.

I've written random words before like they're the answer and giggled when 10 people typed it. =)
