btw, for that pic, i had issues making sure names were readable and i tried to include everyone :( but phooey if i missed u, completely NOT intentional <3 *huggles*

btw, dont read too much into placement of people/colors....i originally tried making egg colors to match the people and have people match people...but then i gave up and decided to make a purty picture instead :P :D and i tried stuffing in as many people as i could fit

Right.
So, 5:00am, Miss 10, who never comes into our bed in the morning anymore, climbs into bed.
Me, sleepily: "What are you doing here? Is everything alright?"
Miss 10: "Yes, I'm just waiting for M and C to wake up so we can hunt for the eggs that the Easter Bunny left"
/me is suddenly wide awake, with a terrible sinking feeling. I forgot it was Easter Sunday!!!!! :eek:
There are no eggs to hunt...........
I grab Mr Saff by the arm in a panic, and he understands immediately.
Mr Saff: "Oh no......you forgot to buy milk for breakfast didn't you?"
Me: *groan* "Yes.....I should go and get some before everyone wakes up, I suppose...."
So, I tiptoe into the dressing room, where the eggs are still waiting, get dressed, walking out with a bag of eggs shoved up my jumper to hide them whilst Mr Saff is distracting Miss 10. I sidle out to the front room, can't find my blinking car keys!!
Mr Saff: "Take mine - they are on top of the fridge"
So I grab his keys and head out the door, locking it behind me, as is habit.....
Start the car, drive up the road a few metres, then run back and frantically distribute the eggs around the garden.
Jump back in the car, pull into the driveway, put my hand on the front door - it's locked.
Well, I have Mr Saff's keys, don't I? His car keys. Not my keys, with the car keys and the house keys on the same keyring. No house keys.
It's alright though, I go round the back to where the spare key is hidden and let myself in the back door.
Me: "It's OK, it's just me, didn't want to wake you by coming through the front door!!"
Open the fridge door and pretend to put non-existant milk in.
Now, I must say at this point, that normally, the eggs are hidden in the front room, with a nice note left by the Easter Bunny about which colour each child should be searching for.
So I hastily write a note on the back of some homework paper, saying "Look outside" and draw some rabbit paw prints on it for authenticity.
Disaster averted, I crawl back into bed.
Miss 10: "Mum....Didn't you buy milk yesterday when we went shopping......?"

Ah.
Just another day in Saffland.
