I downloaded adobeshockwave, but when i enter application of iSketch and enter a room to play, after some time it blocks for a minute or two, and when I hit the correct word it won't accept. It's just like I haven't wrote the correct word. What could the problem be? Please help

Double check that your computer/keyboard settings are on English.

Hmm ok . . .
One problem might be lag , meaning that the site is slow due to your internet connection or the server.
When you typed your answer and it didn't accept, did any of the drawings and other chat freeze too?
If it did, then lag will be the problem, in which case, it is most likely to be a temporary problem with your internet connection.
Another problem could be the web browser that you are using.
If you are currently using internet explorer you may wish to try using Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/)and see if it improves.

I'm using English (United States) keyboard. I doubt it is the problem.
My internet conection is 512/64 kbps. It is not slow one. When I type correct answer, sometime drawings and other chat freeze, sometimes it says: it is "close" to the correct word (and when correct word finally appear, I find that I have not made spell mistake), and sometimes the word I type appears on the window above, but application just don't recognise it was THE word. Because of this, I tried to use another computer in the house with the same internet conection and there is no one of these problems.
I use Mozzila, but I already tried to use Opera and check if the problems is web browser, but it isn't. It's all the same.
And I became junkie of the game, don't know what to do....

What I can suggest is that you uninstall Adobe Shockwave and reinstall it, though you'll lose you voting privileges at first.
If you don't know how to, then go to your control panel > unistall a program > unistall Adobe Shockwave and then reinstall from the site.
That is what I'll do if all other suggestions do not work, as there is a possibility that it is a problem with shockwave rather than the iSketch site.

I thought of Sam_I_Am suggestion, and I found that my computer was on default chinese, but my keyboard was on US English, so I couldn't see where the problem is. But now I turned it back on English and try to play, and now it works!!!
