I'm in school and I used to be able to play I-Sketch but this is what happens..... It says Connection Refused! Your IP is blacklisted. Check www.dnsbl.info/advanced.asp (http://www.dnsbl.info/advanced.asp) for removal. Then I click ok and it says.. The iSketch server seems to be down. :-( Please try again later. :!: :?:  HELP ME PLZ!!

Your school probably blocked iSketch.. there isn't really anything you can do about that.

As this is only a player community, you should only wait for the opinion of those isketch admins among us. But! as long-time players who've heard about many similar problems in the past, we can suggest a few possible scenarios.
Does the isketch page tell you that? Or are you redirected to another site and it tells you that? If you're redirected that probably means that your school has isketch blocked through a paid service. A lot of schools do that to keep their servers from collapsting due to heavy traffic (same as blocking youtube, myspace, etc).
If it's the isketch page tell you your IP's been blocked/banned through a little info popup, then someone from your school was messing around in isketch and got either blocked or banned, which in essence means the whole school is blocked/banned from the game, and there's little you can do about that. Blocks are not forever, but can last from hours to days. Bans are forever.
And this might be rude and really pedant, but as someone who works in a school, i will also tell you that school computers should be used for educational purposes, not games. Unless you're in a university residence, which is really the OK place to play. But i'll leave that up to you to decide, you don't have to listen to me.
In any case, report this to Feedback (mailto:info@isketch.net) and describe the problem thoroughly, they might be of some assistance.

Either what 2.0 says or just they plain don't want you playing at school when you are supposed to be doing schoolwork. My "company" has blocked iSketch so we can't play - nobody has told them about the forum though.
Have you tried immersing your keyboard in bucket filled with a mild solution of cloudy ammonia?
Looks like you're in the Composite Blocking List database. Its an automated anti-spam thingy that picks up on IPs that have been used to send out self replicating worms/viruses/trojans etc and blacklists them.
You've been there for since 2007-04-26 15:00 GMT (+/- 30 minutes), approximately 6 days, 16 hours ago. :)
http://cbl.abuseat.org - that's the CBL website.
And in comes the expert! Wd ches, you the man.

Dr. Ches!
I've just had this message. How?!
Dr. Ches!

I'd hazard a guess that you are with AOL...
Now I'm blacklisted!
I'm at work with a static IP... its not likely to have been used for spam! I wonder if this database is working right?
edit: Not with CBL... and not in any of the bazillion spam doodads I've checked.
edit edit: Tried re-routing a completely different IP. Black listed too.
edit edit edit: proxy is in the CBL... If this database thing is working correctly, we may well have a mailshot virusey thing
edit edit edit edit: lol... this is getting sad now... Working through a list of proxies, and have tried about 25 so far. All are quoted as blacklisted, but can't find which database its supposed to be, apart from the one at the CBL address. Due to the lack of isketch for me, I am just posting what I'm doing on here
edit edit edit edit edit: I just drank a bottle of fruit spring and I had a banana.
edit edit edit edit edit edit: This is getting silly to be a silly amount of edits, huh?
edit edit edit edit edit edit edit: I figure that my IP seems to resolve to the same IP even through proxies. :( This IP I have found in the CBL and I have removed it... lets hope that solves the problem - but I can see a large influx of people affected by this in the future.
I hope this gets ironed out soon, because its pants. Word.
The force is not with me.
22hr update: I'm back in. Not sure how long it took for iSketch to realise I was off that database, but it was somewhere between 8 and 22 hours...

Ever get the feeling you were talking to yourself there Ches... lol
Glad that your problem is resolved though
I often talk to myself, I'm about the only person who can make sense of me :P
