Ah it worked for you! I had to change my theme to see it, I guess if your settings are set to 'use forum default' it works.

It's only visible if you change your forum layout to Isketch - TR. Go to user cp, edit options, and at the bottom of the options page you'll see miscellaneous options and there you can change to the turkish layout, which has the flag.
