I can't warn people after playing at least 10 games and I also can't vote to boot people (which I found out was a common problem). Does anyone know why I can't warn people?

ive also lost my privs so has a few others its only been taken away for a short time and will return soon, but i dont knw when.

Yeah, but does that have to do with the warning feature too?
