Well it seems to be many people's raison d'être (see, I just made it even more pretentious with the circumflex!)...

I deliver the morning papers (at 6 am), and I once got a complaint that I didn't put the paper all the way in. It wasn't even raining that day.
The day after they also had a sticker on their post box saying that it should be put in all the way. Not even a please or thank you.

I mean, they are right of course. But to bother!
