Krash, this forum cannot really help you with your problem as it is not affiliated with iSketch itself, however if you send an e-mail to feedback at info@isketch.net including all the details given, they should be able to help.
You shouldn't post IP addresses on this forum as it against the rules, and I'm pretty sure your post will be edited or deleted by one of our moderators.
For future reference, if you find someone saying they're admin and think this is not the case, you could ask them to prove it. If they can't, well, there you go.
What is it about admin impersonation that distresses you so much krash? Real admins don't abuse their status and those faking it can't do anything that regular players can't...

Probably not too distressing, but it is against the rules
Improper conduct: Deliberate drawing of unrelated and/or sexually explicit/racist images; giving out the word in any way; harassing other players; using offensive language directed at other players; impersonating an iSketch administrator by username choice or otherwise.

I know, and real admins deal with people pretending very effectively. I'm just wondering why people ask about it, it's a legitimate question, i've been playing for too long and can't remember what it was like, so i ask why it is such a big deal.

Sometimes though, admins aren't aware that there is an impersonator, so having normal iSkers looking out for such people helps, I feel. I can come up with a few reasons an admin might not not be aware there is an impersonator online for various reasons, like
a) there might be no admins on at the time;
b) they're in the middle of dealing with something else and haven't noticed an impersonator wandering around with a name intended to mislead;
c) they aren't in the game room that the impersonator is in, and so don't realize that the person is trying to impersonate an admin via their boasts/empty threats/however else they're trying to convince people s/he is really an admin.

I guess when people 'ask' about an impersonator, it's because they don't know what to do to tell the difference from a real admin and a false claim. In those cases, I think it helps people when people like you post advice to help them. I don't think that all of us learn tips, tricks, and rules for iSketch through the information page.
For those who post on here like Krash asking how to alert feedback about these people, I think perhaps they're not aware of who to go to with their information, and so they come here because this is a fairly popular forum, and then they find out where to go.
Hope I interpreted your question correctly.
