iSketchforum Tournament Adjudicators
Adjudicators
There will be two adjudicators to each match. Their jurisdiction is not to be questioned by any other than the tournament organiser TempusFugit.
Duties
To police the room and follow the tournament rules as set out by TempusFugit. Make yourself very familiar with those rules. It is imperative that you uphold these.
Screen cap the results of each round, total the results and post the results on the forum after the match. .
Decide who and who isn’t allowed in as a spectator: this pertains to inviting forum members and official iSketch admin/site owners only. Also, keeping the number of spectators to a manageable level might be prudent.
Don’t forget to set the player limit to 1, this makes the room invite only.
Operator commands for use within UC rooms are as follows (thanks Rob):

/MODIFY
/SET
Arrive nice and early to open the room for the match you are adjudicating. If possible contact your fellow adjudicator and arrange who is doing what.
Players/spectators.
Only an adjudicator can invite spectators/players to the room. Find out who the adjudicators are for the match you want to view and get in nice and early to avoid disappointment. By the same token, if you are a player and have to change your name or have any other issue on the night, again, please contact the adjudicators for assistance.
As TF has stated, absolutely NO PINK during play; pink before play and at the end of rounds is fine.
Always come into a tournament room on ‘away’, and don’t forget to ping yourself (this is not, I repeat NOT a euphemism ).
If there’s anything I’ve missed the other forum members are free to add and this post can be edited accordingly.
Nothing more to say than:
Good Luck! Have a good tournament all!!!
