If you get a notice that a friend has come on line but they go to a room that is full how can you send them a pm?

You can do a couple of things.

To PM them... type /msg Username and your message

To ask them to join you type /invite Username

... Where Username is the name of your friend. Sorry to state the obvious but I told one person that and they invited username :biggrin:

FallenAngel, you could type /f (Username), then click on the thing that appears where your friend is. Click on her name, then you can start pmming. It's far more convenient then the /msg way. ;)

I do find it adorable when "newbies" ask questions like that. Or forget to put the / before the command, and then wonder why it's not working. So sweet... Cutiepies. :D

/q (username) is my favorite. it opens a private chat with the player. you can then private chat away. its the fastest and least prone to embarrassment with my experience
