Hi, I can't find anything in the answers here that work so i'm going to see if posting a new thread generates new responses?

About 3 days ago I was playing on Isketch using IE7 on a Vista laptop. My internet router needed to be rebooted, so I did this and tried to get back on Isketch but to no avail!
What happened was that the shockwave loads, the bar gets full, the screen goes white as if the log in screen is about to appear and then it would freeze and stay white. To close it I would have to use ctrl+alt+delete.
Earlier today I had to use system restore as downloading Vista SP1 messed up my IE7 and I was not able to view any web pages although the internet connection was fine and I was able to use MSN Messenger. And NOW Isketch actually loads the login screen.. except when the login screen appears it chooses to freeze here instead.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled shockwave twice now, done a few system restores, AND cleared cache etc but still nothing works!

Can anyone help me please?! I'm going cold turkey due to lack of Isketch!!

Thanks :)

Kerry

Since reinstalling and system restores have done nothing, it might be related to your router being rebooted.

I would try switching everything off, unplugging everything from the router and putting it back in, then switching it back on, then switching the computer back on.

May not work, but it's worked for me before with a similar sort of problem.

I've had that same problem on one of my computers.
I contacted feedback, they told me to just update my shockwave, everything is better now.
I know you fixed the problem, but for anyone else who is having the same problem.
