I have been playing isketch on and off for about 5 years now and for some reason tonight I can't get onto the website. It's not saying I'm banned or anything. I go to the website and all that comes up is the options "instructions", "feedback", "contribute" and "links", that are normally at the bottom of the screen but they are at the top of the screen. No option to even sign in! I'm in a panic here, I play this game EVERY night and have met many friends on it and want to play and talk to them! HELP!

I'm fairly sure this type of problem has already been addressed here, but I can't seem to find it posted anywhere. Oh well.

Anyway, as for trying to rectify the problem, I would firstly recommend that you clear your browser's cache and then relaunch your browser. If that doesn't work then try switching browsers to the newest version of a different browser and attempt to log on again.

I just tried logging on now (I'm using Windows 7 and Google Chrome) and I can enter the game with no problems, so I don't think it's an iSketch thing.

If the above steps have no effect on the game, then I can suggest either:

1. You list here your OS and the browsers you've tried to enter the game with and maybe one of the more techie guys or girls here may be able to help.

or 2. Send an e-mail to Feedback at info@isketch.net (or alternatively click the Feedback button on the webpage) and maybe the iSketch helpdesk can help you.
