Liverpoool V Olympiakos, Champions League group stage.
Liverpool needed to win by 2 clear goals to progress to the knockout stages of the Champions League and were down 0-1 at half time courtesy of Rivaldo's freekick.
On came Sinama Pongolle at half time and he had an immediate impact but Liverpool still needed 2 further goals.
Mellor was introduced late on, and in the 80th minute he pulled another goal back.
Cue Steven Gerrard, reminiscent of scenes of St. Etienne in '77, David Fairclough's winner and the Road to Glory in Rome.
This goal was just as crucial and just like in '77, Liverpool lifted their 5th European Cup
