Howdy!

I know it's been out a while, but I was just wondering; has anybody played the Orange Box (on either of PS3, XBOX, PC)?

I'm very interested in the games 'Portal' and 'Team Fortress 2' - has anybody played them? If so, what are your thoughts on it? Is it a good game, worth buying?
I'm interested in puzzle games and multiplayer games and those are the two which stand out from the Orange Box package.

Thanks!

P.S I couldn't resist setting the font to Comic Sans, I love it.

I've also been considering getting this, but I now have Saints Row 2 and Fable 2 to play through yet.

A mate at work brought Orange Box in on his laptop. Portal is a good puzzle game and very enjoyable from what I played. Although I do hear its a bit short and can be completed in one sitting. Also, if PS3 is your preferred platform, the load times for Portal are horrendous.

Not played Team Fortress yet, but have heard only good things. I'm more into COD4 for my multiplayer needs.

Thanks for the reply - I think I may buy the full Orange Box set and not the two games I wanted seperately. £25 is a bargain for the games you get!

The Orange Box kicks ass. Portal is very confusing at first but I suppose you kind of get used to it. It gets impossibly hard in places. Great ending.

Team Fortress 2 is cool, also. Most who play it online, however, have obviously been doing so for a long time because they're annoyingly good at it. Makes it all the more rewarding when you kill one of the bastards though. :)
