Oh God. True! It was a mistake anyone could have made, really! I was almost finished with the test, done my parallel parking, reversing around a corner, and a nice emergency stop, and my examiner decided to see how I drove on country lanes. Anyway, there we were, driving along a country lane which unbeknownst to me had a very sharp hairpin turn. I didn't see the turn, all I saw was the track which went straight on (which was on of those tractor entrances into a field, kind of thing) so I just thought the road carried on. I went straight on, into the field, and my examiner went crazy. I actually managed to get out of the field and carry on with the test, but I had obviously failed. You know you have failed when you make your examiner swear, lol.
