As the clock ticks on at work today, I started thinking, what would be on your ultimate pizza?

Mine would be with barbeque sauce, double cheese, onions, pepperoni and jalapeno chillies.

Go on, surprise us...

As many different kinds of meat as you can pack onto it... then add pineapple, capsicum, mushroom, onion, garlic, olives, tomato... pretty much anything except jalapenos (sorry Nerdi)... doused in cheese.

The Japanese have by far the weirdest array of pizza toppings. Corn and mayonnaise is one of the most popular combinations . Though I did have an absolutely cracking potato and bacon one over there.

Tomato sauce base, cheese, pepperoni, beef, mushrooms (why do they put bugger all mushrooms on?) and chilli flakes.

God did not make hairy fish - anchovies are the work of the Devil. And fruit salad doe NOT go on pizza - so no pineapple either.

a pierogi is this thing, it's delicious. It's a dumpling made of, outside just dough, and inside they're filled with a variety of things, but most ofen with this glorious mix of mashed potatoes and cheese. Boil them or bake them, dip in onion sour cream and oh man... dozens i tell you, dozens.

Oh i forgot my pizza. Mine carries Mushrooms, green peppers, onions, bacon, pepperoni and olives. The thinner the crust the better, but not many places can make a really good thin crust, the kind that doesnt go mushy after coming out of the oven.

Has anyone tried Flammkuchen? Or Tarte Flambé as it's know in France? It's like pizza but with sour cream, onion, bacon and stuff... it's soooo good.

I've always thought pineapple to be a weird pizza topping. When we get our veggie pizza's, I pick off the pineapple and throw it into AJ's plate, because I'm allergic, heh. She's always complaining, "Omg, don't throw it into my plate, just keep it on the site of your plate!". And I can't. Pineapple is great. I have to get rid of it completely or I'd be tempted to eat it. XD

Okay. That was random.

I'm actually wanting pizza now :|

Hmm... I'm not a fan of meat on my pizza so I'm going to leave that off. Not that I don't like meat, because I do. I'm just very, very picky when it comes to takeaways.

So it has to be, BBQ sauce, lots of cheese, onions and maybe mushrooms.

Nothing beats homemade pizza! Except maybe a really good pizzeria.

Here's (http://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/basic-pizza-dough,1426,RC.html) an easy recipe.

After that, just bung on some olive oil, tomato sauce, herbs, garlic, cheese, mozerella, and whatever topping floats your boat, and voila! In 15 mins you have pizza heaven

I make fantastic! homemade pizza, but I don't seem to want to eat it after, lol. I think pizza (being my favourite food) is the type of thing that I like to eat made by someone else, so that I can fully enjoy it. XD

Ooh.. and homemade pizza tastes great the day after too, heh. Too bad jalapenos are not so easy to get hold of though :( When I want them, if have to search places like crazy...

If you're ever in ottawa, ON, cross the river over to Vanier and go for some pizza at Pizarro's (http://www.restaurantica.com/restaurants/4612/). It's a small italian place, very quaint, quiet, cozy. The owner is a good friend of mine, the pizza there is really good.

I like chicken on my pizza. There's a place called Bertucci's I don't go to often, but I really like their brick oven pizza.

Funny, a pizza place by my subway station advertises "brick oven pizza" outside, when you can clearly look inside and see they use metal stoves >=/

If you are ever in Sydney - go to The Rocks the real historical part of the city just around from Circular Quay. Just across the road from The Rocks Police Station is a fantastic pizza place called Zia Pina's - no not "see a penis" that's the strip clubs at Kings Cross.

Zia Pina's has been there since I can remember as a kid going and having pepperoni & mushroom pizza. They have a fantastic calzone (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calzone) and a great range of local and imported beers.

Actually I recall a mad night in my late teens with the work crew, alcoholics unanimous we got the bill and then decided to have flaming sambucas. needless to say we had more than enough and when we got the bill rewritten it was more than double.

There's a pizza place in Ringwood that does a ham and egg pizza... tis gooood.

What do I have on my pizza though... hmmm...

Dominos: Texas BBQ
Herbies: BBQ Steak
Pizza Express: Pollo Ad Astra (Chicken and piquante pepper)
Manhattans: Pizza al Pollo (chicken sun-dried toms and sweetcorn)
Pizza GoGO: BBQ Original
Pizza Piazza: Sorrento
Zizzi's: Pollo al Rosmarino
Homemade: Apple :D (you try finding one to buy... lol)

Depends where I go... take out pizzas are usually barbecuey, and restaurant pizzas chickeny. Weird... never noticed that till I wrote it down.

I like pizza.

Yum.

How would you put an egg on a pizza?

If you want whole eggs you put 2 or 3 egg rings on the base ( push it in a bit if its a nice soft dough ) after you put the base sauce on. Then make your pizza as normal making sure you put a lot of cheeze and toppings around the eggrings break eggs into rings then let sit in fridge for a little while if possible then take rings out and bake as usual ,Sometimes a bit of the egg runs but this usually makes a nice whole egg . Best toppings to add are bacon or ham.mushroom and lots of fresh tomato, capsicum and onion are good with it too if you dont want a solely traditional breakfast pizza

PS; tip=add your toppings while its on the pizza tray rather than trying to put it on after as the egg can run too much when you try to transfer it !
