Is it just me, or does it feel like the quality of "I've been banned" stories has been lacking, uninspiring and just downright boring.

I expect more out of you people. And by "more" I mean more outrageous, unbelievable, biased stories as to why an admin has committed a grave injustice against you on what is our hallowed, beloved iSketch.

I don't come on this site to discuss my love for online pictionary or to chat with other enthusiasts; nor do I log-on to crack a few jokes or perhaps say hello every now and then. No. I come onto this site to hear people whine about why they were banned. And so long as I masochistically subject myself to this griping I expect it to be high-quality.

The penis story is banal. The racist comments are pedestrian. The spamming is practically insulting to my intelligence as a member of these respective online communities. The inability to discern between this site and isketch.net, and this site's lack of affiliation with the latter is laughable. So please, all those that have been banned, blocked, or ____-ed (fill in injustice) for no reason, please, at least make it something worthwhile.

Do you feel no shame when you type "I was banned for drawing a penis." Well no ****. You deserve to be banned for being so unoriginal. A penis? More than half, if not the entire population has seen one. Is that really the best you've got? You should be ashamed of yourself. Next time I expect something more risque, grostesque and utterly obscene when you complain to us about why you were banned.

A racist joke? Pathetic. I could teach a racist joke to a three year-old. Hell, even dogs can evince racist tendencies (Curb Your Enthusiasm, anyone?). Next time, make it more personal, more biting. Something that really tears away at that veiled internet user's shallow façade of a personality. Bonus points if it's an admin in disguise whose emotional and psychological flaws you have pointed out and subsequently ridiculed.

And finally, when you whine, screaming out "Admins are so unfair and stupid in their powerful fury. They have no right to ban me for being a complete ***hole." Think to yourself, and ask yourself honestly, did you really give your ***holishness your all? Could you have been more of an ***hole? Did you really earn your ban? Because if the answer to any of those questions is "no" then you should quit ***ching and find yourself a new site to play on.

Wow you really ticked this guy off, he even spelled "façade" correctly, cedille and all.

Lol, maybe we should have an awards system and a vote for the best block/ban story ;)

This is such a stupid post for the sole reason that as soon as a user comes here complaining to be banned the mods whip out the old cencorship card and ask for them not to discuss being banned here and to contact feedback.

What a pathetic post.

Banned players come here all the time and post their ban stories and unban requests. Most of these players don't know that the forum is not officially affiliated to iSketch or that there is a no admin-naming policy. Most of the banned players also do not which admin has blocked/banned them.

Some players do name admins if they know them and in these cases only, the admin names are removed, as some admins may not wish to be named.
We don't mind people complaining, they are perfectly entitled to do so, but the no-admin naming policy is there to protect the identities of those admins.

Edit: Also discussion of their banning often leads onto possible unbanning discussion, which the forum as a whole does not wish to and should not discuss.

I don't really see the problem here..

So people get banned and come here as their first point of reference to ask for help, perhaps not realising the forums aren't officially associated.

As far as I'm aware the forum isn't forcing it's members to read threads regarding bans...
