You are serving a life sentence and plan to escape from prison.

You have 3 luxury items at your disposal and the standard items in a cell.

The luxury items are a potato, dental floss and black hair dye.

You also have in your cell a toothbrush, paste, soap, 2 bed sheets and a pillow.

Your aim is to escape from your cell which is situated at the top floor, 30 feet from the ground.

The cell is 12x12 ft with steel barred doors and a window of size, 10 inches by 5 inches which is protected by steel bars.

Your aim is to escape from your cell and then figure out how to leave the prison site

By using all or some of these items at your disposal, what will you do to make your escape?

Well there's no right or wrong answer, Just say which items you'll use and how.

A puzzle? Well, I would say this is a thread of using your initiative, and not a puzzle as such but you may disagree :biggrin:

Well I'd shout an officer to come and help me in my cell. When he comes in I would have placed the soap in a mischevious place where the officer walks in and falls on the soap. I then use the pillow to suffocate him so he passes out. This then gives me time to pickpocket him for the keys, rob his uniform and walk straight out of the building.

I'd wear the lock/bars on the door away with the dental floss... then open the door and walk out.

Edit: to make it clear: if the lock is worn away, the door can be opened. Or wear the hinges away... *throws arms up in air, shakes head, lets out a sigh, and leaves*

Toothpaste, I also made my draft thread a page long (on word) at first with a lot of factors. Also, doors are locked :biggrin:

Umm, let's say the prison has 2 hall monitors and the surrounding area to main entrance/exit has 2 guards and a guard at a watch tower and another guard patrolling with a dog!

Don't want to involve too many factors, it'll just over complicate matters :biggrin:

I'd die by holding my breath, then go out the top in my angle way up.

lol! well, another is i'd throw everything at the wall. a guard comes, I suffocate him and kill him, slice him through the bars, then throw HIM at the wall then escape out the broken wall.

well, that's more violent
