RH2: Dudes also fixed my keyboard even though they weren't really supposed to. Too bad I didn't just remove all my faulty keys, they only replaced those which I full removed. Still, good stuff!

RH3: Finally installed absolutely everything I need on a daily basis and got all my uni software installed. It really took all day :eek: The new MSN's quite good too peeps :)

RH4: Ordered 'Jamie At Home' last night after catching up on his shows on the channel 4 website. Haha, I seem to be taking this food challenge very seriously and I've not started yet. So excited though!

I have helped 15 women deliver healthy babies now and i have 25 more assists before im fully qualified i cannot wait.
Saw a huge girl born last month she weighed in at 12bs wow eh.

OMG OMG I BAKED something. I've never baked anything before. The furthest I've ventured in cooking is to make potato curry (it actually had 8 ingredients *faints*; my average dish contains 2 ingredients).

I just attempted to bake something today coz I figured it would be shameful to watch Ready Steady Cook all the time and never try to make anything from it.

So I tried to make a blackberry and apple crumble and OMG, it's edible... (haha it's actually quite good) XD :razz:

I know the crumble is a bit patchy, but hey, it was my first time. I'll get the consistency right next time. :D

Everyday me and my best friend was like... we must have died and gone to heaven... :D It was just. Such a perfect weekend. We met 5 actors from the film. (Alice, Emmet, Carlisle, Erik and Angela) And yeah.. they were soo niceee to us. And got all their autographs :D Got pictures with EMMETTTT!!! ahhh he's so hot. He hugged me and stuff and yeah complimented my earrings and yeah.. (I didn't faint right there, although I did get a nosebleed that night... Proper japanese anime style eh.. :P) And yeah... Then today I took a picture of my friend with carlisle because he came right next to us, and I was like. Oh my god. Can I please take a pic of my friend with you, and he was like yeaaah sure :) Heh heh. :D So yeah. We're both soooo happy :D Ahhh.. :) And yeah. They were all really friendly.. Lots of talks with them, and yeah (And hugs, and staring, and photos) :)

Lol Sorsie, I agree all the cool people live there! I'm a Norfolk boy at heart ;) Grew up there mostly, before my family moved up to Yorkshire. My parents moved back down there when I was about 18 though and now live on a farm in the middle of nowhere. Well, okay, not nowhere because it doesn't take too long to get to King's Lynn lol, but far enough to be a pain for me with no car!

Because I don't really want to move in with them, they have offered to pay rent for an apartment or house somewhere in the area - close by enough for them to help out with Oliver when necessary, but far away enough for us to still have our own space. We're going to be living with them for the first few weeks or so until we find somewhere. And then we'll be out in our own home. I'll be totally friendless down there at first lol, but at least I have Ol for company! And my parents will look after him whenever I want, so I don't have to worry about that. Anddddd as I'll need to come back to Yorkshire at least once every three weeks for the time being, I will get to see my friends still. And my mum has offered to drive me here and back every time I come because she has friends in the area who she rarely sees so she will just spend the days with them.

Okay, I feel sort of like a kid again being looked after by mum and dad, but I don't care. It's all working out better than I thought. :)

Lol, I guess it can be risky, but with a little care, you can minimise the risk (i.e. don't hitchhike alone; if you're a girl, don't ask for a ride from a male truck driver; female drivers are better choices, etc. :P)

At our uni we have 2 major hitchhiking for charity events. One is to hitchhike to Edinburgh (I think) and the team that gets there the quickest wins, and the other is called Jailbreak and you basically have to get as far as you can from campus in 24 hours, without spending a penny. Teams in the past have even made it to Australia, and some mates of mine made it to France :) I was gonna do it once and had a partner and everything, then I remembered my stoopid passport restrictions mean I need a visa to travel outside the UK >.<

I love hitchhiking ^_^ I've done it once before when I was travelling around the Orkneys with some friends =) Cheap, flexible, and quick way to travel :)

What a lovely day today. Kids had their school athletics carnival and I was lucky enough to stay the whole day and help out. We went high-tech cos I brought the timing machine from Little Aths to time the races, and all the kids were uber-impressed to compare their times to other heats.

The mini-Saffs all did very well, with Littlest-Saff slipping over in the Pancake race, but getting back up and finishing in 4th. And oh, the Kinder kids...in their 30m Teddy Race was just too cute for words. They run....half way down the track they have to stop and pick up their teddy, and then finish the race carrying their teddy. LOL...we gave them their ribbons for first, second, third and so on.......plus a 'participant' ribbon each for their teddies.

So MiniSaff1 came 1st, 1st, 2nd, 1st and 2nd in her events
MiniSaff2 came 2nd, 1st, 2nd and 3rd in his events
MiniSaff3 came 4th, 1st and 1st in her events.

I only mucked up the timing on one race......and the chef saved me a sausage from the sausage sizzle.

All in all, a lovely day.

I think if my pregnancy went okay, and there weren't any complications, then baby nerdy would have been around 8lbs. Based on my 5 month scan, he was well above average for everything.. length, head circumference, abdominal stuffs, etc. And they thought he'd be a big baby. But then I had less water around him, and the placenta may have not been doing its job properly ('cause the cord was working okay) and we discovered at 37 weeks that his measurements dropped big time. Went from above average, to below average for everything except for his length. lmao. He's a loooong baby. Just so skinny! <3 Cutie pie :) I'm not used to holding fragile babies XD

RH: Eldest represented her school at the Inter-shcool Athletics Carnival yesterday and won all 3 of her events. She was chuffed. And her school came in 2nd overall - there was much excitement as we usually end up around 5th or 6th. This did however lead to a very loud and tiring bus trip back to school..........
