Ah, this wasn't today's song, it was made just after Obama won the elections. And yup, the lyrics are just "Barack Obama" 'cept he breaks it up a bit to follow his own tune. My friend tried it out with other people's names :|

They allow you to post video in High Quality. Only works if the video allows you to view it in HQ though.

Here is a piece from a favourite opera of mine from the Cirque Du Soleil. My fave musical acrobatic performance from them is named "Quidam." This is an excerpt from it. The piece is called "Let Me fall" It depicts this lovely vision in the struggle of her life. It is truly a heartbreaking piece to watch. I hope you all keep an open mind and watch it to the end and feel the utter sensuality that this video brings! The Cirque is just amazing to behold. Long live The Cirque!!! I would have loved to have been there. There are a few vids on YouTube from people who were actually there, so you can hear everyone singing along and also the reactions of passers-by. They are low quality though, but then they were filmed using mobile phones.

Another classic YouTube video, I'd imagine most people have seen it before BUT it still makes me happy every time I watch it... I just watched it before posting and I can't stop smiling. :) Hehe. Hmm... I found this when I was going through YouTube trying to find RJD2 songs that I hadn't heard before. hehe. The man in the video is called Bill Shannon, and he has a degenerative hip condition, and he consequently walks on crutches... but he's a fantastic dancer. :) He's said that he learnt to move in that way just as a means of getting around; he didn't think of it as dancing. Oh, and the song is "Work it Out", by RJD2.

Since this thread does say amazing things....this is not exactly funny but I love it !

This video speaks volumes to me. It is by one of my all time fave groups, The Dresden Dolls. They are Brechtian Punk Cabaret music. They are truly one of the very few groups around that have raw talent in this age of digital music. (my avatar is of them) This is open to interpretation, as all things can be but......as it is to me: (the synopsis or I can go on forever about it) He loves her and she does love him but she is tormented. She is overwhelmed by her demons and leaves her mark on the world, as it was left on her...before she succumbs to them. He does try his best to save her and find her but watches as her demons, in the end, take her..and he catches her as she falls....... very lovely video really. THAT is my interpretation. Just that.
