I always enjoy hearing new music, so I was thinking, why not recommend each other music? To make sure it's a bit more personal, suggest a song or artist (or album) for the poster above you.

Now, the poster above you should describe (vaguely) what they're in the mood for.

Example: 'I'm in the mood for some heavy music because I'm angry right now' or 'I fell in love last week and I really feel like some soppy romantic music'.

The next person then recommends something. Preferably something that can be listened online. If you've got a song or artist in mind for the above poster, look if you can find it on http://www.youtube.com (http://www.youtube.com/) or http://video.google.com as a video, on http://www.deezer.com (music without downloads; watch out, doesn't work well in Firefox) or (if the above poster is American) http://www.pandora.com or any other source you can think of. Just to make sure the person can actually listen to it!

Mods, if you think it's in the wrong section, please move it. I didn't mean it to be a game, so that's why it's here.

Okay now, me first.

I feel like something slow and emotional

Yes, you've really entered into the spirit of this thread, congratulations.

I put on "The Ace of Spades" - Motorhead, and it played all the way home .......

Heavy and angry eh?

Hour of the wolf - eat you alive.

Now that's heavy and angry.

Now if you want something rockish, melodic and smooth flowing, try Pinback. I like their songs "Fortress" and "from nothing to nowhere''. Relatively unknown band, but they're nice to listen to.
