:mad:Have previously played iSketch with no problem. Over the last couple of months I am unable to play as, following logon, the room list doesn't load - there is just a blank space where the list should be. I have tried deleting all my cookies and history and temp files, and I have tried removing shockwave player and re-installing it - nothing helps! Any ideas?

That's happened to me a few times, and when I refresh the page and log in again, all seems fine. Don't know if that works for you, don't know what causes it either... sorry!

Have you written to Feedback (info@isketch.net) about it? Chances are that they'll know what to do.

If you have emailed feedback and are waiting for a response, you could try using a different browser to see if the same thing happens. Have you tried that? Though it sounds like more than a browser fault problem (maybe a virus, faulty shockwave thing, etc).. but it's the worth the try, if you haven't checked already. I had to swipe my computer completely a few months back because uninstalling and reinstalling shockwave didn't make a difference to my isketch problemo :S

Good luck with it. I hope your problem gets sorted.

Right here!!!

If any of this stuff doesn't work - try clearing your cache again after uninstalling and reinstalling Shockwave.

If you are using Internet Explorer - then try installing Mozilla Firefox. This will require it's own re-installation of Shockwave.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox - then try installing Internet Explorer. This too will require it's own re-installation of Shockwave.

If NONE OF THIS WORKS - do what flopsy says and e-mail feedback.

THEN and most important of all.......

........immerse your keyboard into a bucket of mild clooudy ammonia solution.
