My first instinct is to believe it's faked. I don't believe hawks behave like that normally.

Oh, now I can see them bigger, I'd say the last two pics were shopped. The gull wouldn't be walking around like that!

Storm, you may have a point. Seagulls are kind of large, dangerous prey for a hawk.

Well if that gull cannot walk without its neck skin..then this frog shouldn't be able to swim with its bare skeleton.
