First of all, iSketch needs to fix it so Shockwave 11 can work with it. Its only allowed 10 for like ever.
But it does say I can download shockwave 10. So I download shockwave 10 and it still says i have 11. I have to uninstall 11 then install 10.
How do i uninstall 11. I have a mac. Thanks

If you double-click the original Shockwave 11 dmg file, it should open as shown below, the scroll-thingy icon on the left being the uninstaller:

And to add to that...
If you do a software update that includes the OS/security update, it might break shockwave10. Just uninstall and reinstall sw10 if this happens.
iSketch is now Shockwave 11 compatible.
This won't mean anything to Windows users, as Shockwave catered for the 2 versions automatically.
BUT, If you are currently running on a Mac, you can AT LAST turn off the 'Rosetta emulation' mode on the browser, and update yourself to the latest Shockwave. Not having a Mac to hand, I think it will prompt you to update...
Any glitches you may see, due to Shockwave 11 compatibility are entire figments of your Shockwave imagination, but can be reported to the usual address...

iSketch isn't working. Do I need to download Shockwave 11?
I downloaded it, the bar goes all grey (100%), but then nothing happens.
The usual list of things to try is:
Get and install the Full installer version of Shockwave 11:
http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/otherversions/ and then you'll probably need to reboot.
Clear your Internet Browser's cache/temporary files, to get rid of any old versions of iSketch.
Also make sure you are using the http://www.isketch.net or http://www.isketch.net/isketch.shtml link to start the game.
If all that doesn't work, you'll need to start writing down a bit more about your setup. eg Operating System (Mac/Windows), OS version (Vista, 10.5.5 etc), Browser (IE, Safari, Firefox), Browser version, Shockwave version (see http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ ), Keyboard Language settings.
..and then see where we end up.

I think iSketch just went crazy for everyone today, they must have updated something, so don't panic :)

I have lost my stats due to the new Shockwave version. My yellow triangle is still there though and it will be reasonably easy to get the stats back up again.

hey there forum folks,
i went to log on to isketch (on desktop Mac) but got this msg:
"this page contains a new shockwave format movie that the current shockwave plugin cannot handle. would you like to download the newer version of the plugin?"
accepted, not thinking anything untoward would happen, but, when i restarted, the opending isketch page told me shockwave plugin failed to load.
using a Mac G5
with OS 10.3.9
opened up the laptop and got the same ("this page" etc msg) but this time have declined to download the plugin till i can find out what is happening.
anyone know?
i've been using shockwave 10 with no problems. till now.
shockwave 11 is for a later version of OS 10 (i was told)
cheers,
maggie
You'll need to update your MacOS to 10.4.x or 10.5.x
Shockwave 11 (along with many other 'latest versions' of things eg Firefox 3.0.x), which iSketch now uses, doesn't work on MacOS 10.3.9

Ugh, so no more iSketch for me? :'(
I installed the new Shockwave Player. I deleted all temporary internet files. I don't wanna clear my cache :P. I'm using the same link.
