Well, seeing as I was probably the perfect age to love them when they were around the first time, I'm fairly excited!
Although actually, last time they reformed that did that 'Holler' crap, so I don't have particularly high hopes.

Am intending to go to a concert with some friends though xD

Apparantly "its the right time and its not about the money"...so the millions each spice girl is getting has nothing to do with it. It would have been nice if they were doing it for charity or made a donation instead

Wasn't all that keen on them the first time round tbh. They seemed like a nice bunch of girls though, and I thought it was horrible how some of them went through it in the media over issues like weight etc - they always looked lovely to me!

It'll be fun to have them back together in a kitschy kind of way I guess.

Oh not the solo ones..
Glad to hear they'll be doing the original ones, although tbh they're probably not at the point where they can make those songs good anymore.
Let's face it, the audience will be filled with 11+ females looking for a laugh.

Yeah, that would have been way better.

There was a picture of them in the paper today btw, Mel C is unrecognisable.
She's got verr long hair & looks like her face got squished by a plastic surgeon.

S which one did you like?

Skinny Geri Halliwell or not so skinny Ginger Spice?

Regular (and not a bad looking sort for a Scouse girl) Sporty Spice or Extra Chunky Mel C?

Regular Baby Spice or Big Baby Bunton?

Scary Spice or Scarier than Hell mother of Eddie Murphy's new baby?

Skinny Posh Spice or Anorexic Victoria Beckham?

/me heard the news and fell to his knees, thankful for DAB radios where he can lose himself in Planet Rock, Virgin Classic etc

They were bad enough the first time around, wasn't their attempt to kill the UK's musical credibility enough? ... In case you didn't realise, I'm not champing at the bit to buy their new material

I refer to the inevitable cash-in re-release of their old material *shudder* .. and I'm not an optimist, I anticipate new material and then if they don't 'record' any it'll be a nice surprise
