when I was doing synchro, the pool I went to, during crab season a bunch of crabs would come out and scared me to death. One time I was with my sis and I wouldn't keep on walking past the bleachers because there were a lot of crabs crawling all over them and the noise they made :eek:. The crabs would end up in the pool with us sometimes too.. This was when I was younger and I can't get over the fear...:embarrassed:

Yes :(. It was the ladies fault but I'm the one that got the ticket for it. So I am going to court for it, there is no way I'm going to pay that money for something that wasn't my fault! I have my pretrial on Friday and hopefully I will get my trial date pretty soon so I can resolve everything.

Without any goals or plans I'd be pretty unhappy though.

I'm not sure if it's still a third world country but recently i went to Ghana, Africa and that was amazing. Best part for me was teaching kids at a primary school we had helped to build. I was there for the opening so the whole village was present (which is quite rare in the rural areas) and we just spent the day teaching, exploring and playing games with all the kids. Just amazing how eager they all were to learn. We visited another village (where they used to used seashells as currency and not money :eek:) and tried all the local food (i was sick later that night! But it was definitely worth it for the experience!)

Yeah. The way my study is structured I finish 3 courses per period, and the final grade is determined by essays, exams and projects. So it's not really just the exam results I care about. cant say much cos usually dad's my 'bank' but most of the times i save my money and try not to buy other unneccessary stuff. sometimesss i spend money on pens and other stationary....so 3/4 saver..1/4 spender.

Yes. My name is Niels, and I deal with people from abroad a lot. Anglophones make it Neils, Scandinavians and some Germans and southern Europeans make it Nils.

My nickname was 'noodle' for years and years. Hell, more people knew of me than ever before just because of my nickname! I had people who were practically strangers to me walk by and say 'Hey Noodle!'. I'm not sure, but I think it was because I was pretty thin. Very few used it to annoy me, but those who did definitely annoyed me. Using it for a different purpose than getting my attention in order to talk to me = annoying
