If you can't get onto isketch...
This is a place for tips about gaining access to iSketch if you somehow can't get in.
This is NOT a thread to help those who have been banned/blocked from the game to regain entry. Please see the 'If you are banned' thread for this.
Some simple tips:
Contact info@isketch.net for assistance.
Clear your cache/cookies
Restart your computer and try again
That's all I have... but I know the forumites will add to this thread, so keep it handy for your isketch emergencies.

/me hugs wild cherry "stop that" :embarrassed: lol xx
Also, if you're hanging at the log in page, try changing your username. Sometimes (everytime, if you're me) you'll just sit there with no error reported. Someone else may be using the name you want to use.

and let's not forget if you have Tiscali as an ISP, you can never get in iSketch at peak times for some unknown reason.

Unfortunately, what Ches said is true (yes, it is!!). If this is the case, just add a :!: after your usual username. If that still doesn't work, add :!: :!: after it! (Do you see the pattern forming here?)

From the sounds of this thread you'll basically be very lucky if you are ever able to log in and play, so just hang around with us on here! We're nice!

Hi! I found iSketch and it was very addicting, but after 2-3 times I tried to access iSketch, some letters were squares and I couldn't understand the text. I have reinstalled Shockwave, deleted the cache and the cookies, but the problem still remains. What can I do? :?:
How about...
Contact info@isketch.net for assistance.
Good luck!

Think it might be something to do with the language settings. You might like to fiddle around with them because Shockwave doesn't support unicode character encoding.
I'm not too sure exactly how to go about that, but you could try Right-Clicking on the isketch homepage (outside the main box) (on the background) then going to "Encoding" then playing around with that.....
I'm not sure why it would start to happen all of a sudden though....
As 2.0/Buffers/Everyone else said, try emailing "feedback" :)

Thanks for your help, but unfortunately changing the encoding settings didn't work (it was Western by itself). I sent an email... I hope my problem will be solved

Ok, so I'm trying to go on, and when the page opens up (for the game itself) I get a pop-up saying "click to run ActiveX control on this webpage" twice. wether i click ok or click the X seems to not matter. when the pop-ups are done i get a broken picture screen. I've tried re-downloading flash and ActiveX. Help?

Couple of things that might help you.
Isketch is a shockwave game, not a flash game.
Check your ActiveX control permissions on your browser security settings. That popup happens to me all the time, and i can still play no problem. Try killing it at teh X instead of clicking ok.
Otherwise, if nothing works, contact feedback and explain your situation.

nope. I re-downloaded it and still the same thing.
I tried clicking the X and the OK. neither work in any order.

Have you also tried logging on with a different name? Because it could be that name is taken.
Also have you tried using a different browser? I normally use Safari, and that gives me no problems, but the same thing did happen once to me. So I went to Firefox and it worked. The day after it was working in Safari again.
Um.. and that's all I can think of.. maybe on of the techie ones can give you other tips, heh. Good luck with it. Hope it works for you real soon. :)
As a last resort, you could get the latest version of Shockwave, or just to make sure you've got a proper version if anything's messed up.
Download Latest version of Adobe Shockwave. (http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/)
It's helped me a few times before :)
