Yeah, I've been trying...but nobody ever responds.. Kind of frustrating.

The only responses I've ever got from iSketch have come at least 6 months after I sent my e-mail.

All my replies have been within 48 hours (and in some cases within 24 hours). I've known others with the same experience.

So it's not bad all the time.. don't give up. They're probably just dealing with a lot of emails all the time and attend to the more important ones quicker or something. I can't say though for sure, because I don't know their system. Good luck.

Maybe it's to do with the subject? If you leave no subject it doesn't look important, whereas if you're specific about what the email is about in the subject they might be more willing to read the email. I know when I get no subject emails I tend to look at them last (depending on who they're from)

If they do take it, make sure you don't have any spelling mistakes. I'm sick of guessing "camoulflage green" after someone updated the Colours wordlist >_<
