I've played 26 hours and 70 games and still don't have voting privileges. I've searched for for a while but couldn't find anything.
I'm running windows 7, Firefox 5 (With Adblock Plus addon) default cookie security.

all I can say is that no one has really figured out the definite number of games to play before you'll get voting privileges, I've heard of tons of different cases.

I would just keep playing..I'm sure you'll get them sometime soon

I believe you need to have played for 2 weeks, first and foremost.
